Lee Ann Rodriguez specializes in grant seeking, resource development, fundraising, and public policy initiatives. She earned a Doctor of Business Administration degree from the Pontifical Catholic University of Puerto Rico and three degrees from the State University of Puerto Rico: an MBA, an MA in Translation, and a BA in Modern Languages.

Fundraising Expertise

Lee Ann’s grants and fundraising acumen covers unrestricted and restricted grants, planned giving, major gifts, annual campaigns, and special initiatives. She has driven significant growth and impact through collaboration with leadership, consultants, and team members across departments and multi-level partnerships.

Education and Research Leadership

Lee Ann has held the roles of Authorized Organization Representative, Chief Research Administrator, and Institutional Review Board (IRB) Administrator. She has developed comprehensive policies and managed federal projects, earning her the White House Champion of Change award from the POTUS in 2013 for her work on a 7-figure National Science Foundation grant.

Public Service Excellence

Lee Ann's public service includes overseeing eight federally funded programs, and managing central and regional offices. At the Puerto Rico Ombudsman for People with Disabilities, she served as the president of the governmental ethics committee, while at the Administration for Children and Families, she designed and implemented the interagency work plan for the Children’s Justice Act and doubled its federal funding.
